VSTSAWEB is a general wellness and educational tool. It provides health‑related calculations (for example BMI, body fat estimates, calorie calculations, and BMR/TDEE estimates) and a simple challenge system for habit tracking.

VSTSAWEB is not a medical device and does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or individualized clinical advice.

2. Eligibility & acceptable use

You may use VSTSAWEB only if:

• you are legally able to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction, and
• you use the app for personal, non‑commercial purposes.

You agree not to:

• use the app for medical triage, emergency decisions, or any life‑critical scenarios,
• reverse engineer, modify, or redistribute the app in ways that violate applicable law, or
• misrepresent the app's output as professional medical advice.

3. Health information & limitations

Calculations provided by VSTSAWEB (including BMI, body fat, calorie estimates, and BMR/TDEE) are based on widely used formulas and generic assumptions. Results are:

• approximate and may not reflect your individual medical situation,
• sensitive to inaccuracies in your input data, and
• not intended to be used as the sole basis for health decisions.

4. Privacy & data handling

VSTSAWEB is designed to work fully offline. To support challenge tracking and app preferences, it stores limited data locally on your device using the platform's secure preference system (UserDefaults or a similar mechanism).

In particular:

• health metrics are used to perform on‑device calculations and display results;
• challenge configuration, check‑ins, streaks, and achievements are stored locally;
• settings such as preferred units and basic onboarding flags are stored locally;
• no analytics SDKs, advertising networks, or third‑party tracking frameworks are integrated.

5. Local notifications

If you enable reminders, the app may schedule local notifications (for example, daily check‑in reminders). These are created and handled by your device; no push notification service or remote messaging is used.

6. No warranties

VSTSAWEB is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. This includes, but is not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement.

We do not warrant that the app will be error‑free, uninterrupted, or that any defects will be corrected.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the creators and distributors of VSTSAWEB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the app.

Your sole and exclusive remedy in case of dissatisfaction with the app is to stop using and uninstall it.
